Pixels or Particles?

Someone asked, are these paintings or photographs? It got me thinking (always a bad sign).

So, here it is, the original drawing, and the brooch I had made from that drawing.

Then someone said, you could learn to do this yourself — instead of contracting out.

So I am. I have my first ring out for casting, and quite a few other bits and pieces in the works. I’ll post here as I progress.
